Dr. Tosun Dental Clinic
In March 2017, the Pallas Team were approached by Dr. Tosun to help with the set-up of Dr. Tosun Dental Clinic.
We began with creating a very strong business vision that was the foundation of brand identity with a unique look and clear set of values. With these initial features in place, we then assisted the TDC team further with the development of:
- The Business Strategy
- Brand Identity development
- Recruiting a strong clinical and support team
- HR activities
- Communication strategies for internal and external communication
- Communication training for the whole team
- Patient experience strategy development
- Systemization to aid operational efficiency (protocols and procedures file)
- Prepare clinic for DHA inspection ( preparation of compliance file)
The Pallas Solutions Management patient experience strategy focused on a training programme for the entire TDC team. Our goal was to enable the clinic to provide excellent dental care that would stand out prominently right from inception in the busy dental marketplace. Our patient care training programme for the reception team and communication training for the clinical team gave the clinic a very strong and unique patient-centered methodology. The programme resulted in creating a high level of staff engagement in the patient experience with excellent protocols and procedures now in place.
Dr. Tosun and his team were then primed and positioned with an empowered team and excellent strategies to enter into the highly competitive dental market in Dubai.
