British Dental Clinic
Established in 1996, the British Dental Clinic has been a long-standing member of the Dubai dental society. At the end of 2016, the clinic was bought by one of the dentists working there and a new face for the clinic was in demand. With a move to a new establishment and a branding make-over Dr. Deon Hugo, the new owner and Managing Director needed the expertise of Pallas Management Solutions to help create the look and feel that BDC wanted to take.
With an excellent patient-based already established, it was important for the Pallas team to help the clinic re-establish yet not lose any of the aspects that kept the clinic so popular.
For the BDC, the Pallas professionals were able to bring the new look of the clinic to reality through the development of:

- Communication Strategy
- New, strong up to date brand identity
- Receptionist Training to improve patient experience
- Advisory service on changes in the operational management area of the business to improve business efficiency
There were a great many positive changes that were reflected in this new look and BDC is now poised to face the competitive dental market in Dubai with a refreshed perspective.
